Job Description

We are currently looking for a part-time to full-time Social Media Lead who is passionate about food, customer service, and online communications. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, independently motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and will easily contribute to new ideas that build customer engagement/excitement.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to:)

  • Managing content for social media channels, blogs, and advertising sites according to specific daily schedules
  • Monitoring supperclub's web presence on multiple platforms
  • Creating and uploading social media content
  • Creating engaging and interactive content that prompts reaction from online customers
  • Monitoring all responses, mentions, social chatter, and engagements of the supperclub brand on social media
  • Participating in online conversations and community discussions
  • Researching new social media platforms and advertising outlets
  • Working closely with the general manager and team to develop online marketing strategies and participate in brainstorming sessions to create new themes/promotional events

Requirements

  • An avid user of social media platforms
  • Minimum of an Associates Degree required
  • At least one (1) year of advanced experience with all relevant social media and advertising platforms
  • Well-versed in using social networking sites, including Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, SpinGo, HootSuite, HubSpot, EnPlug, and others
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Can demonstrate use of proper spelling, grammar, and formality in online, written, and verbal communication
  • Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required (Adobe Photoshop/InDesign experience preferred)
  • Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and advertising trends
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing digital content and marketing strategies with progressively more responsibility
